The Veterans’ Assistance Screening Committee consists of veterans who volunteer their time to screen indigent veterans and complete the necessary paperwork so the indigent veterans can receive monetary relief from the county as authorized under RCW 73.08 and outlined in Resolution No. 35-93.  They meet Mondays 9 a.m. – noon; Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9 am till 5 pm at Memorial Hall.
