The mission of the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council is to create a workforce development system that enhances the economic success for workers and businesses in our communities.  There are representatives from Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. This is in accordance with the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the Governor’s Executive Order on Workforce Development.  They meet every other month; the schedule is determined at the planning session each year.
