REQUIRED CONFIRMATION DEADLINES ARE LISTED BELOW FOR THE CIVIL AND DOMESTIC CALENDARS.  (Re:  Mason County Local Court Rules LCR 7and LSPR 94.04)

MONDAY CRIMINAL CALENDAR 9:00 a.m.  Documents should be filed prior to Thursday at 10:00 am. The Calendar is run by noon on Thursday, and files are pulled in the afternoonfor the Court to review.

MONDAY CIVIL CALENDAR 1:30 p.m.  Documents should be filed before 10:00 a.m. Thursday before the Monday calendar. The calendar will be run at noon on Thursday, and files are pulled that afternoon. Please include Bench Copies and the date of the hearing for the Court. Confirmation deadline is Thursday at 10:00 am, the week prior to the Calendar date.

TUESDAY CRIMINAL SHOW CAUSE CALENDAR  9:00 a.m.  Documents should be filed before Friday 9:00 am the week prior. The Calendar is to be run at noon on Fridays.  Files are pulled Friday afternoon.

TUESDAY OFFENDER CALENDAR  9:00 a.m.  Documents should be filed before Friday 9:00 am the week prior. The Calendar is to be run at noon on Fridays.  Files are pulled Friday afternoon.

WEDNESDAY DOMESTIC CALENDAR  9:00 a.m. (clients with attorneys) Documents should be filed prior to Monday, 10:00 am, for the Wednesday calendar.  The calendar is to be run at noon on Monday, and the files are to be pulled that afternoon. Confirmation date/time is Monday at 10:00 am

WEDNESDAY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ANTI-HARASSMENT CALENDAR  1:30 pm Documents should be filed before Monday, 10:00 am for the Wednesday calendar. The calendar will be run at noon on Monday, and the files will be pulled that afternoon.

THURSDAY DEPENDENCY CALENDAR  1:30 p.m.  Documents should be filed prior to Tuesday 10:00am.  Calendar to be run Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.  Files are to be pulled Tuesday afternoon.

FRIDAY DOMESTIC PRO-SE CALENDAR  9:00 am.  Motions, Briefs and Supporting Documents should be filed 5 court days prior to the Motion Calendar. The calendar is to be run at Wednesday noon and the files are to be pulled Wednesday afternoon. Confirmation date/time is Wednesday at 10:00 am

FRIDAY – TRUANCY CALENDAR  1:30 P.m.  Documents should be filed prior to Wednesday 10:00 a.m.  Calendar to be run at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Files to be pulled Wednesday afternoon.
